We are located halfway down Hope Place on a slight slope rising from Pilgrim Street.

The entrance to the building has a two tiered ramp with handrails providing easy access to the foyer. The box office is located to your immediate left as you enter.
We would recommend that those requiring assistance notify the person at the desk of any special requirements you may have so we can best facilitate your visit to the venue.

Unity One
The main entrance to Unity One is located on the ground floor at the back of the foyer, through two sets of double doors. These will be opened approximately 15 minutes before the performance.
Wheelchair users and those with assistance dogs have the option of having priority access - please notify the box office when you arrive if you would like to exercise this option.
There is a second entrance to Unity One auditorium on the first floor, leading to the back row of the banked seating.
Those wishing to use this can access the stairs through the far right hand door in the foyer and ascend two steps and one flight of stairs
Unity Two
Unity Two is located on the second floor and, for wheelchair users and those with restricted mobility or assistance dogs, can be reached by using the lift. The lift can be accessed from the foyer through the first set main double doors towards Unity One and to your left, at the end of the corridor.
On exiting the lift the nearest entrance to Unity Two is located slightly down the corridor to your left. The auditorium door is on the right hand side
Alternatively Unity Two can be reached by ascending three flights of the stair block (accessible through the far right hand door in the foyer). On reaching the top of the stairs, the auditorium door is on the right hand side.
Unity bar
The bar is located on the first floor and can be reached by using the stairs or lift. The lift can be accessed from the foyer through the first set main double doors towards Unity One and to your left, at the end of the corridor.On exiting the lift go directly through the door ahead and turn right into the Bar.
Toilets
Toilets are located on each floor beside the lift block. There are accessible toilets located on each floor.If you are unsure how to access a specific auditorium, space or facility please ask a member of staff – we’ll be only too happy to help!
Relaxed Performances
These performances are specifically designed for those who will benefit from a more relaxed performance environment, including those with an Autism Spectrum Condition, learning disability or sensory and communication disorders. Changes are made to sound and lighting to eliminate surprise and soften impact, and there is a relaxed attitude to noise and movement during performances. There is also a ‘safe area’ for audience members if you need to leave the auditorium during a performance located on the first floor in the Unity Bar.
Providing Relaxed Performances can help open up and immerse audience members in the imaginary world shown on stage, and promote a greater level of engagement.

Touch Tours
These are tactile experiences for visually or sensory impaired members of the audience giving them the chance to interact and engage with the set, props and costume of a show. Members of the cast and backstage team may also be available to interact with.Audio Description

Signed Performances
