unitytheatre Daytime Hire

unity has a number of spaces available for meetings, seminars, rehearsals and workshops.

• unityone - A traditional theatre setting with raked seating for 150 people.
• unitytwo - A flexible space, able to seat 88 in a raked theatre style or up to 50 in an informal setting.
• unitylounge and minibar - Both bar spaces are available for smaller meetings or hospitality events.

Opening hours:
A day is deemed 10am to 6pm, evening events between 6pm and 10.30pm available by prior arrangement. Times across the day/evening span may also be available. Please note: we are not open on Sundays

Access:
unitytheatre is fully accessible to disabled visitors. Click here for more details.

NB: All availability is subject to the artistic programme

Refreshments/Catering
unity can provide refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits etc.) for £1.20 per head. We can also arrange for sandwiches/buffets, or offer advice on catering arrangements. The bar can be opened by prior arrangement.

The Set-up
Conference seating for 50 and 6 trestle tables are available for your event.

Audio Visual Equipment The following is available:-

• Hitachi CP-X955 Data / Video Projector, VHS/SVHS Industrial Deck and Vision Mixer with free projection surface* £15 per day / £45 per week + vat
• Two top quality Kodak Ektapro slide projectors with independent IR remotes, with free projection surface* (75 – 120 zoom lens) £5 per day / £15 per week per projector + vat.
• One overhead projector, bright 400w lamp with screen* £5 per day / £15 per week + vat.
• 25” Nicam Monitor with VHS playback on trolley £5 per day / £15 per week + vat.

*Tripod portable projector screen is 150cm x150cm

If your event requires technical assistance unitytheatre’s technician is available for £11.75 per hour + VAT (minimum 3 hour call) [£12.10 from April 1 2007]
