Established singer-songwriters in their own right, Liverpool based Jennifer John and Edinburgh based Lorna Brooks come together for this unique intimate event. Both possessing the most beautiful voices. They are delighted to realise a long held desire to collaborate. This event promises to be most enjoyable with great musicianship, fantastic songs and with their hearty friendship, good humour.

Liverpool based singer/songwriter Christina Malley will be the support artist for both performances.



Jennifer John

Jennifer is an integral member of the creative landscape in Liverpool as the founder of award winning singing organisation Sense of Sound.  An entrepreneurial tour de force in the world of music and choral development nationally she has worked with a diverse array of established artists including Damon Albarn, Brian Eno, Patrick Wolf, Boy George, Paloma Faith, Imogen Heap andSpace. She is also the lead singer in the bandKillerfernandez.

Lorna Brooks

Lorna has opened for and toured with various artists including Loudon Wainwright III, Janis Ian, Candi Staton, Shawn Colvin, Martin Stephenson, Iris de Ment, Jimmy Sommerville,Bert Jansch, Tuck and Patti and Beth Nilson Chapmanalso worked as a session musician with various artists including backing vocals for John Martyn.

Liverpool based singer/songwriter Christina Malley will be the support artist for both performances.
