We are looking for an individual with influence and authority, strategic thinking and sound judgement to lead our passionate and committed Board. They will have a willingness to share thoughts, challenge ideas and support the team to meet the organisation’s ambitions and strategic aims.

Demonstrable experience of the demands and trends within the UK performing arts sector is desirable, be that in a paid senior position in an organisation or at Board level.
