Following a series of consultation sessions with creatives across Liverpool about what they’d like to see in lockdown, we’ve developed a new digital skills programme, Building a Business, designed to help artists create a sustainable and successful model for working.
Our first session will look at how to create an audience development plan.
Highlights of the session include:
• Identifying different audiences
• Understanding your current relationship with different audience members
• Segmenting your audiences and communication platforms
• Using accessible language in your communication
• Thinking beyond categorisation
The session is suitable for artists, producers, administration staff and fundraising teams. Resources, reading and templates will also be shared and 1:1 follow up sessions offered to those attending the session who would like consultation on their current audience plans.
