The Loss of innocence is a performance by four dancers, exploring the hardship and heartache on the journey into adult/womanhood, and the potential of finding solace in community. Inspired by resilient female figures throughout history and in film, as well as martial arts.
This event will also feature a screening of Amy Milson’s Unseen
Take part in workshops with Mudanza Collective as part of Leap 2025.
As part of the performance project, Mudanza Collective are offering 2 creative workshops – one for women in the community (open to all levels and ages ) and one for Female Artists/Creatives (open to all ages and stages of creative practice
The workshops will explore:
The harder human experiences/emotions – Hardship/Heartache/ Migration/Guilt/Shame/Courage/Fragility/Motherhood
