Thursday 7th — Thursday 28th October
Every Thursday, 11am – 1pm
Part of Creative’pool Programme
The Writers Salon is a weekly peer-led, unstructured session for writers of all kinds. It’s a 2-hour block in your week to commit to your writing, whether that’s actually getting words on the page, or connecting with other writers to read each other work or to do writing exercises together.
This event is totally peer-led, with no need to book. Whoever comes along are the right people – whether you find yourself with a focussed 2 hours to write alone, or a whole group of new friends to share ideas with.
The Bar will be open for all your drinks, and you’re welcome to bring your own snacks.
There are a few spots with plug sockets, but we’d recommend charging up before you come in!
The idea came from a conversation between playwrights who felt an opportunity to come together for motivation, accountability, a regular commitment to writing and a community to share ideas with would be beneficial to their practice.
