Unity are seeking a Technical and Facilities Manager to head up the Technical and Buildings Department. The role will be responsible for scheduling and strategic planning within the department, delivering all technical aspects of productions and events and developing a team of permanent and freelance technical staff.

The role with diligently lead on all health and safety aspects relating to productions and to building facilities. Expertise will be essential for delivering the technical side of all performances and events and the role will be key to the development of local creatives by advancing their technical knowledge and capabilities.

 

Role: Technical and Facilities Manager

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £28,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. The post holder will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends. Unity are flexible in how the post-holder distributes their hours across a month.

Pension: company pension scheme available

Annual Leave: 25 days pro-rata per holiday year (1st April – 31st March) plus statutory English bank holidays

Notice Period: one week during probation, one month thereafter
