We invite you to enter the world of immersive theatre. Join us for a 2-hour workshop to explore new ways of telling stories, gameplay and immersing audiences in wonderful worlds. We will share techniques which invite audiences to participate and interact in fun and meaningful ways, by creating theatrical experiences which stretch beyond the traditional stage.

This 2 hour workshop, will offer participants an introduction to the Michael Chekhov training which gives actors and artists practical tools to strengthen their expressive imaginations by developing a deeper connection between the physical body and the imagination.

This creative writing workshop delves into the fluidity of intersectional identity, focusing on the experiences of global majorities. Open to all skill levels, the workshop combines mark-making, writing exercises, and discussions, to curate a supportive space for participants to explore their stories, voices, and cultural narratives. 

Join Box of Tricks for an interactive workshop on queer stories and characters. During this 90-minute session, you will explore your craft as an LGBTQ+ playwright/theatremaker and how to make new work that centres queer identities, queer narratives and queer joy on stage.  

In this session participants will explore observational comedy and how to transform it into a script and create a character.
